Program overview
The Chinese language program is run by ZUEL's International Education School with beginner, intermediate and advanced tracks, placing students by proficiency.
Each semester usually delivers 18 weeks of classes at 20 class hours per week, combined with cultural field visits. An online Chinese track is also available for students who cannot come to China immediately.
Intake: the main intake for degree programs is September each year (fall semester); some language/foundation programs also offer spring intake — exact dates follow each university’s annual notice. Application tip: prepare and submit your documents 3–6 months in advance to allow time for review and visa (JW202/visa) processing.
