Program overview
The Chinese Language Program is offered by HZAU's International College to international students with or without prior Chinese, who are placed by a level test after arrival.
Duration is flexible — one semester or one academic year — at CNY 13,000 per year, making it one of the most affordable language pathways in Hubei and a natural stepping stone into degree programs.
Intake: the main intake for degree programs is September each year (fall semester); some language/foundation programs also offer spring intake — exact dates follow each university’s annual notice. Application tip: prepare and submit your documents 3–6 months in advance to allow time for review and visa (JW202/visa) processing.
